These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RUG OR RICHES ("the Game", "we", "us"), a free press-your-luck tapping game available as a Telegram Mini App and website. By opening or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to play, and old enough to make purchases under applicable law. You may not use the Game where it is prohibited by law or by Telegram's terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Your account
The Game uses your Telegram account to identify you. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (including in referrals, leaderboards, crews, or the airdrop) is prohibited.
3. Nature of $MOON and Airdrop Points
- $MOON and Airdrop Points are virtual in-game points. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and confer no ownership, equity, or financial rights.
- They are not a cryptocurrency token at this time. Any future token, listing, or distribution is hypothetical, subject to legal review, and may never occur or may differ from anything described in the Game.
- We make no promise that points will convert to any token or have any value.
4. The Season 1 Airdrop
The "airdrop" is a gameplay feature. Eligibility criteria, point values, timing, allocation, and whether any airdrop happens at all may be changed, paused, reset, or cancelled at any time at our discretion, including to address fraud, abuse, technical issues, or legal requirements. Participation does not guarantee any reward, token, or value, and may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions.
5. Purchases (Telegram Stars)
- Optional in-game items and boosts may be bought with Telegram Stars. Purchases are processed by Telegram under Telegram's terms; we do not handle your payment details.
- Purchases grant virtual in-game items only, with no real-world or monetary value, and are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or by Telegram's refund policy.
- Prices and offers may change. Items may be modified, rebalanced, or discontinued as we update the Game.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, tamper with the client, or manipulate game state, balances, points, leaderboards, or the airdrop.
- Reverse engineer, attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its infrastructure.
- Use the Game for fraud, money laundering, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
- Post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in crew chat or other communications.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, reset balances/points, or void airdrop eligibility for violations or suspected abuse.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, including its name, logo, mascot, artwork, code, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Third-party services
The Game runs on Telegram and relies on third-party providers (hosting, database, payments). We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that progress, balances, points, or items will be preserved. This is a beta-stage product and may contain bugs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, points, virtual items, or perceived value, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Game or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as IP, disclaimers, and liability) survive termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you rights to your local courts.
